Carrentals.co.uk’s Extended Affiliate Offering with Trade Doubler
Posted on: June 8th, 2009 by Tessa ClarkeCarrentals.co.uk, the car hire comparison site, will now be expanding its affiliate offerings for UK business by offering a 4% conversion rate and 5% commission. This is all due to a new agreement with Trade Doubler.
This new agreement with Trade Doubler comes after the launch of the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate program earlier this year. The main goal of the new agreement with Trade Doubler is to help Carrentals.co.uk reach its affiliate program to a number of other businesses that are looking for a new revenue stream.
Carrentals.co.uk’s own managing director, Gareth Robinson, said, “In the current market a growing number of British businesses are recognising the potential of becoming an affiliate to boost revenue from new sources. Carrentals.co.uk is the UK’s most successful car hire price comparison site, with our sales converting at around 4% - three times higher than any of our competitors.”
Mr. Robinson also added: “The affiliate programme has proved increasingly popular since we launched, and the agreement with Trade Doubler will extend our reach to a wider audience. With a 5% commission rate for partners, and an easy to integrate and track solution, becoming an affiliate has never been simpler.”
Due to the affiliate deal, businesses will be able to feature a Carrentals.co.uk banner on their website. Then visitors will be able to click on the banner and head over to the Carrentals website to make their car hire bookings. The affiliate program will be running on the Trade Doubler network and will be managed by the affiliate management agency known as Arctic Sunrise.
Keith Budden at Arctic Sunrise said: “Affiliate programmes offer businesses an extra element to their websites, but the key is to ensure they are easy to integrate and manage. The quality of the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate product, combined with the broad market that car hire attracts and the 5% commission structure has resulted in a very strong proposition, and this will grow further with the new Trade Doubler agreement.”
